No legal contract is established between the user, hereafter referred to as "Customer" and C.A. The World Of Wallpaper Ltd, also referred to as "Seller" for the sale of any goods until the seller has received cleared payment in full and the order has been shipped or collected by the customer. Once payment is received a legal binding is established between the seller and the customer governed by the Terms & Conditions as stated on this website. The website is implemented in English and all contracts will be concluded in English as well.
The products are subject to availability from stock held at the warehouses of the Manufacturing Companies which are based abroad. The Manufacturing Companies reserve the right to discontinue any of their items without any warning, so in such an unusual case neither the Manufacturer nor WOW will be held liable towards any complaints. WOW will although, notify you as soon as informed from Manufacturers of unavailable items, and will offer alternative options and in the case that no other products meet your needs, WOW will offer a money refund for discontinued items.
A wide range of products is also held in stock at the WOW Warehouse based in Cyprus, and these items are marked accordingly on our website. Because these stock items are also presented and sold at the WOW Warehouse, there is a possibility that the stock quantities and batch numbers shown on the website may be inaccurate when placing your order. For urgent projects it is strongly recommended that you confirm stock availability before placing your order, by sending us a message on our Live Chat (found on bottom left of our website) or by contacting us on 70000751 or by sending us an email on email@example.com and we will reply to you the soonest possible.
With the completion of every order, you will receive Order and Payment confirmations , and the official Invoice for your order will be delivered to you along with the goods. All prices shown on website include V.A.T.
Once you have confirmed the order and completed the payment, your order is automatically sent to Manufacturing Companies and so there is no cancellation period. Please double check before placing your orders.
In the case that Customers find any manufacturing faults on their received products, they must notify us prior to cutting, installing, or destroying the goods in any way, and must also keep the label and packaging so we can make necessary claims to the respective Manufacturing Company. The full amount will be refunded, minus the delivery charges. WOW reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the abovementioned criteria. Incorrect items (wrong deliveries by seller) will be replaced free of charge provided the claim is made within 48 hours of delivery. Incorrect items must be in original packaging, unopened and unused. If the goods have been opened or tampered with in any way that in the opinion of the seller are not considered new anymore, the customer may be refused any refund. To make a return the customer shall contact the seller via email through the Contact page on WOW website, or call the customer service, giving full name, address, phone number, email address, invoice number, product number of item to be returned, and the reason for the return. The customer service staff will attend to the request as soon as possible and they will get back to the customer with instructions on how to return the desired product. Once instructions are received, the customer must return the product(s) within 7 days otherwise the case will be considered closed.
All payments are due before delivery or collection date and for this reason the time of payment shall be of essence. There will be no delivery or collection until cleared funds are received.
Payments may be made via a valid VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, or PayPal.
Orders can be delivered only to addresses within (the unoccupied part of) Cyprus, while efforts are being made to ship orders to other countries of the European Union. Deliveries are made via ACS Courier or via the company's delivery fleet.
If specific products are in stock at the WOW Warehouse in Cyprus, they will be sent to the address specified by customer within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) while products which are in stock at the Manufacturing Companies’ Warehouses will need approximately 2-3 weeks to be delivered to your address. In the unlikely case that any items are unavailable or discontinued, we will notify you as soon as we receive this information by the Manufacturer.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping details provided and WOW shall not be held responsible for any incorrect information leading to returns. No shipments are made to P.O. Boxes. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after payment is received. However, the seller will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer as a result of unavoidable delays in delivery.
If for any reason the goods cannot be delivered to the address specified and they will have to be returned to the seller, the conditions specified under Returns above shall be applicable. WOW's liability for missing a delivery is limited to delivery at a later agreed time at no extra charge. Additional delivery charges may be applicable if a delivery cannot be completed as a result of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
All goods must be signed for on delivery or collection by an authorized adult aged 18 years or over. By signing the delivery note, the recipient accepts the goods in his care and agrees that they have been received complete and in undamaged package. The customer or his authorized recipient has the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.
